At Emblem, product quality and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you have any questions or concerns about your Emblem Athletic product, please contact your Emblem Rep and we will be happy to repair or exchange your product. All Emblem products are custom made; please allow approximately 30 days for replacements.
If you would like to exchange, return, or receive a credit for an item, please fill out the form below. The Emblem Athletic quality control team will review each request and will directly contact the client with the resolution.
*Emblem Athletic reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
